An experience in the green heart of Italy, in Bettona, known as the Etruscan terrace of Umbria from which you can have the most beautiful views of the silvery hills between the ancient Abbey of S. Felice in Giano dell’Umbria and the medieval village of Collemancio di Cannara.
Here you will have the opportunity to get to experience the high quality, nationally awarded olive oils from this terroir, from which the flavors and aromas of the typical cultivars of Moraiolo, San Felice, Leccino and Frantoio are extracted.
Visitors will be taken inside the oil mill on a multidisciplinary tour where curiosities, traditions and methods of extra virgin olive oil production will be explained. A real path of Food Culture of Olive Oil, ending with the extraordinary art of sensory tasting.
