A stone’s throw from the village of Paciano, slightly descending the gentle slopes that characterize the hills of Lake Trasimeno, you will find this magnificent structure. An old farmhouse built completely of stone, in the typical rural style of these areas, it has been completely renovated and modernized, without spoiling or neglecting the classic country look.
The location is fabulous. Approaching from Paciano on a country road, it is situated on the right, with a magnificent view that looks out towards Lake Trasimeno: just beyond those hills you can see the lake and its islands. There is just an expanse of fields in between, cultivated with different crops, including sunflowers and vines. A fine spectacle at all hours: both during the day and in the evening, especially at sunset, which you can admire from the vast green area or directly from the swimming pool.
The property is divided into 3 units, where the apartments are situated, of different sizes and positions. They are all furnished, however, in a neat and classic fashion, with great respect for the rural context. Completely surrounded by greenery, the farmhouse it is also equipped with a BBQ, swimming pool, small wellness centre, table tennis, five-a-side football field, bowling green and other small facilities.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 15 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
