A delightful farmstead, run by a fantastic family that takes care of all aspects of hospitality, from the accommodation to the restaurant, where local and exclusively traditional products are cooked. The rustic-style farm is located in the middle of lush greenery, right on the Way of St Francis that crosses the whole of Umbria.
The exteriors are meticulously looked after. In front of the restaurant there is the swimming pool – which actually divides the apartments from the rooms – right in the middle of the green area available to all guests who can, if they wish, use it to have a barbecue on their own.
The interiors are furnished in a style that is simple but classic in taste, neat and tidy.
Gubbio can be seen opposite the property and is reachable in a few minutes by car.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
