This elegant and exclusive farm stay is located near Assisi, just fourteen kilometres from the Basilica di San Francesco, within a fantastic park measuring some 15 hectares.
The estate is crossed by five km of paths on which you can stroll in total relaxation among orchards, olive trees and maple woods until you reach the border of the estate, a stream that flows at the bottom of a ravine forming a picturesque waterfall. In addition, the park is equipped with a number of spaces designed for meditation, a swimming pool always maintained at an ideal temperature and a small artificial lake. This is, in reality, a ‘living’ lake with a natural self-cleaning cycle, equipped with a play area for children and a bathing area. And on the shore you can always relax, of course, basking in the sun. Finally, for those interested in physical exercise, there are ample spaces available: both for team sports and for individual training, such as in the fitness area.
The apartments are built inside wooden outbuildings and in typical stone cottages. They are tastefully furnished and boast all the comforts of luxury hotels. The interiors combine modern comfort and sophisticated design with carefully selected antiques. Finally, each apartment has its own garden with bushes and fruit trees.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
