This characteristic farm stay on a hill at 700 m a.s.l., is located just 7 km from the historic centre of Gubbio and is surrounded by greenery in an oasis of beauty and tranquillity. The property extends over 14 hectares in an area famous for woodland produce and game, but above all for its unspoilt nature.
An ideal place for walking, mountain biking or horse riding, or simply to relax and unplug while lying comfortably around the swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the farmstead.
The location of the property is also ideal for visiting the rest of Umbria, being just 40 km from the cities of art such as Perugia and Assisi. Furthermore, nearby there is also a golf course, a hang-gliding area and a small lake for sport fishing.
The structure consists of various apartments that can adapt to the number and needs of guests. All units are equipped with a kitchen, bedroom with bathroom, private entrance, seating area with sofa and large outdoor spaces that can also be used by people with disabilities.
Finally, the farm’s typical produce and products are available to guests as are those of other farms in the area (on request).
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
