It owes its name to Todi Chief Magistrate, of the Fagnani family from Bologna, who had it built in 1241. It is <strong>an unusual and complex structure <\/strong>consisting of <strong>a portico with seven columns <\/strong>with differently shaped and decorated capitals, supporting round-arched arcades made of bricks.
