Being second to none, the city sports a broad assortment of local products and recipes. If you want to know more there is a whole dedicated section,\u00a0 but we cannot but mention the \u201c<em>Torcolo Di San Costanzo<\/em>\u201d, a typically Perugian dessert (<em>San Costanzo<\/em> is one of the patron saints of Perugia), or the <em>Brustengolo<\/em> (a wheat, apple and dried fruit pie) or the famous \u201c<em>torta al testo<\/em>\u201d (a type of stuffed flat bread), which is a must-eat for any visitor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just like craftsmanship, also food and wine culture in Perugia is thriving.
