Auf diese Weise ist es m\u00f6glich, am Tisch die gleichen Elemente aus der Toskana, Umbrien, den Marken und der Romagna vorzufinden, die auch im lokalen Dialekt zu h\u00f6ren sind oder die in der Architektur der Geb\u00e4ude zu sehen sind. Der landwirtschaftliche und nat\u00fcrliche Geist des Tales Alta Val Tiberina spiegelt sich in der Vielfalt der mit Bodenfr\u00fcchten verfeinerten <strong>Crostini<\/strong> wider, von Artischocken \u00fcber Tr\u00fcffel bis hin zu Mandeln. F\u00fcr Fleischliebhaber gibt es <strong>G\u00e4nsebraten mit einer Speckkruste<\/strong> oder <strong>Fasan mit wei\u00dfen Trauben oder Tr\u00fcffeln<\/strong>. Und sicherlich werden <strong>Polenta<\/strong>-Fans dank der vielen Varianten angefangen beim Schafragout \u00fcber Pilze und Wurst bis hin zu Leber nicht zu kurz kommen. In der Lebhaftigkeit der Gerichte bleibt jedoch die Sparsamkeit und Einfachheit der Produkte erhalten, die das Ergebnis menschlicher Arbeit und eines an landwirtschaftlicher Tradition reichen Landes sind. Das typische Gericht in Citt\u00e0 di Castello ist nicht umsonst die <strong>Baggiana<\/strong>, eine sehr einfache Suppe aus Saubohnen, Tomaten und Basilikum, die meist mit <strong>Tigella<\/strong> serviert wird, einer Art kleiner Focaccia aus Mehl, Salz und Wasser, die auch hervorragend zu Fleisch und K\u00e4se passt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6L UND WEIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im April 2018 wurde Citt\u00e0 di Castello zum ersten Mal zum Schauplat einer neuen Veranstaltung, die von Fiera Show in Zusammenarbeit mit der AIS (Italienischer Sommelierverband) organisiert und vom Landwirtschaftsministerium finanziert wurde. Die Veranstaltung tr\u00e4gt den Namen &#8222;<strong>Only Wine Festival<\/strong>&#8220; und ist ein echter Salon f\u00fcr junge Winzer und kleine Weing\u00fcter. Die 100 besten Produkte, die von der AIS auf nationaler Ebene ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden, versch\u00f6nern die Stra\u00dfen des historischen Zentrums der Region Umbrien und erm\u00f6glichen es Hunderten von Besuchern den echten Geschmack der besten Weine zu genie\u00dfen. Umbrien und Citt\u00e0 di Castello werden wieder einmal zur Flagge des guten Geschmacks und zu H\u00fctern der Tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Apropos Tradition darf die <strong>\u00d6lm\u00fchle Ranieri<\/strong> auf den gr\u00fcnen H\u00fcgeln am Rande der Stadt nicht vergessen werden.
