{"id":2876,"date":"2019-03-08T12:31:47","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T11:31:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.exploring-umbria.com\/palazzo-del-popolo\/"},"modified":"2020-01-24T00:20:22","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T23:20:22","slug":"palazzo-del-popolo-volkspalast","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.exploring-umbria.com\/de\/entdecke-todi\/sehenswuerdigkeiten-in-todi\/palazzo-del-popolo-volkspalast\/","title":{"rendered":"Palazzo del Popolo (Volkspalast)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auch als \u201e<em>Gemeindepalast<\/em>\u201c bezeichnet, ist der <strong>Palazzo del Popolo<\/strong> nicht nur das <strong>\u00e4lteste Geb\u00e4ude auf dem Hauptplatz von Todi<\/strong>, sondern auch einer der \u00e4ltesten Gemeindepal\u00e4ste Italiens.<\/p>\n<p>Die erste Bauphase begann im Jahr 1214 und diente der Errichtung des Bogenganges im Erdgeschoss nach den Prinzipien und dem Geschmack der lombardischen Architektur, w\u00e4hrend sp\u00e4ter \u2013 von 1228 bis zu den Restaurierungsarbeiten im 20. Jahrhundert \u2013 die Umsetzung der beiden oberen Stockwerke, der Freitreppe, die als Zugang diente, und der Vollendung mit Ghibellinerzinnen erfolgte. Drei- und vierbogige Fenster, verziert mit dekorativen S\u00e4ulen, verleihen der massiven Fassade Leichtigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Die linke Seite des Palazzo ist zur <strong>Piazza del Popolo<\/strong> hin ausgerichtet, w\u00e4hrend die Hauptfassade von der angrenzenden <strong>Piazza Garibaldi<\/strong> aus zu sehen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Wahrscheinlich als Sitz oder Wohnung des <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Podest%C3%A0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">B\u00fcrgermeisters<\/a> genutzt, beherbergte das erste Stockwerk des Geb\u00e4udes die <strong>B\u00fcrgerversammlungen<\/strong> im Zeitalter der Kommunen.<\/p>\n<p>Heute wurde nach der Errichtung der Verbindung zum <em>Palazzo del Capitano<\/em> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exploring-umbria.com\/de\/subcategories\/cosa-fare-e-cosa-vedere-a-todi\/#heading2907\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">das Stadtmuseum Pinakothek<\/a> im zweiten Stockwerk untergebracht<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Auch als \u201eGemeindepalast\u201c bezeichnet, ist der Palazzo del Popolo nicht nur das \u00e4lteste Geb\u00e4ude auf dem Hauptplatz von Todi, sondern auch einer der \u00e4ltesten Gemeindepal\u00e4ste Italiens.
